An Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is an air-cleaning technology that uses an electrostatic field to charge airborne particles and collect them on collector plates.
For commercial kitchen exhaust, ESP technology can be used to control smoke, grease, oil mist and fine particulate matter.
